Who we are
Zectron Web & IT Services has supported small and medium businesses across Sydney and the Hills District since 2012. We are based at Suite 212, 11-13 Solent Circuit, Norwest, and provide managed IT services, cyber security and Microsoft 365 support, with 24/7 monitoring and a local helpdesk available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Is the IT Health Check really free?
Yes. The review, the written report and the walkthrough are free, with no obligation to buy anything.
Do you need access to our systems?
Only with your permission. We review your setup together with you or your current provider, and we never make changes during the Health Check.
We already have an IT provider. Can we still have one?
Yes. Many businesses use the Health Check as an independent second opinion. The report is yours to share with your current provider.
Is it done on-site or remotely?
Either. We can come to your office or run it remotely, whichever suits your business. We are based in Norwest and support businesses across Sydney.
What happens after the Health Check?
