Yes. We migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files from Google Workspace, older Exchange servers and other providers, and schedule the cutover to minimise disruption.
Not fully. Important protections such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access and email authentication need to be configured. We set these up as standard so a stolen password is not enough to get in.
Microsoft keeps the service running, but its retention is limited and is not a full backup. We recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup so deleted or encrypted email and files can be restored.
